let 2nd N = Y
X+ Y = 15
1/X + 1/Y = 3/10
(X+Y)/XY = 3/10
XY = 50
(15-Y)(Y) = 50
(Y-5)(Y-10) = 0
Y= 5
Y= 10
then X = 5 or 10
