let 1st N = X
let 2nd N = Y

X+ Y = 15

1/X + 1/Y = 3/10

(X+Y)/XY = 3/10

XY = 50

(15-Y)(Y) = 50
(Y-5)(Y-10) = 0
Y= 5
Y= 10

then X = 5 or 10

hey mate :-)
Your answer is

let think of two natural no. whose sum is 15 and sum of reciprocal is 3/10

(1,14),(2,13),(3,12),(4,11),(5,10),(6,9),(7,8)
by finding we observe
10,5 are two natural no.'s

since,5+10=15
and,1/5+1/10=(1+2)/10=3/10
satisfied ....
