 {4}^{y + 2} = {4}^{3}

y + 2 = 3 \\ y = 1

now...... \\ \\ \frac{ {y}^{2} \: - {x}^{2} }{xy}

 =>\frac{1 - 9}{3} = \frac{ - 8}{3}
