Since F(u) = u³+a*u²-b*u+10 is divisible by u²-3*u+2, F(u) is divisible by factors of u²-3*u+2 i.e (u-2) and (u-1). According to factor theorem, F(2) = 0 and F(1) =0

⇒1+a-b+10 =0 and 8+4a-2b+10=0

⇒b-a = 11 and 2b-4a = 18

⇒b-a = 11 and b-2a = 9

⇒ (a,b) = (2,13)

ccbhedke: thanks dear for your help..!
