Here's your answer.

Angle B and C are 90°..........By Observation.

And also bye the sum of all angles of triangle for angle B.

Sum of remote angles is equal to exterior angel.

Therefore angle A = 100+40°

= 140°.

Sum of a quadrilateral=360°.

140°+90°+90°+ADC=360°.

140+180+ADC=360°.

220°+ADC=360°.

ADC= 360°-220.

ADC=40°.

Option (a) is the right answer.
