Answer:

given p(x) =2x^2 - 2√3mx

g(x) = √3 - m

to check whether g(x) is zero of p(x)

if g(x) is a zero of p(x), then when we replace x by √3 - m, then p(x) will be zero or p(√3 - m) = 0

p(x) = 2(√3 - m)^2 - 2√3m(√3 - m)

p(x) = 2(3 + m^2 - 2√3m) - 2*3m + 2√3m^2

p(x) = 6 + 2m^2 - 4√3m - 6m + 2√3m^2

p(x) not equal to zero,

therefore √3 - m is not a zero of the polynomial

2x^2 - 2√3mx
