B. 1. First one has intercalary nodes that means, it's an merismatic tissue.
2. Second one is epithelial tissue.
disimilarities are that, in the first figure, cells are not combined but in the second one, they are combines and similarity is that they have same the shape.
3. location 1- A meristem is the tissue in most plants containing undifferentiated cells (meristematic cells), found in zones of the plant where growth can take place. Meristematic cells give rise to various organs of a plant and are responsible for growth.
