Firstly let us find the perimeter of cross
It will be 6.3×4= 25.2cm

Now for the arcs..
As they are quadrants(by th 90 degree)
The perimeter of arcs will be one fourth of the perimeter of the total circle. That is
1/4 × 2(pie)r
=1/2 × 22/7 × 6.3 = 9.9
As there are 2 quadrants it will be 9.9×2=19.8

So the total perimeter is 25.2 + 19.8 = 45 cm
