In a leap year there will be 52 Tuesdays and 2 days will be left. Of these total 7 outcomes, the favourable outcomes are 2. Hence the probability of getting 53 Tuesdays in a leap year = 2/7.

Total no. of day in a leap year= 366
Total no. of day in a weak= 7
Thus, the no. of weak and days in a year = 366 ÷7
52 weeks 2 days
Thus, the possible outcome are Sunday and Monday, Monday and Tuesday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Thrusday and Friday, Friday and Saturday, Saturday, Saturday and Sunday.
so, the sum of the possible outcomes = 7
The favourable outcomes are Monday and Tuesday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
since, the sum of favourable outcome = 2
therefore , P(e) =2÷7 oR 2/7.
