To have terminating decimal representation the denominator should have 2s and 5s as it's factors
Now
 (1) \frac{1}{14} \\now \: 14 = 2 \times 7 \\ so \: \frac{1}{14} \: should \: be \: multiplied\: by \: 7 \: to \: get \\ terminating \: deimal \: representation \\ \frac{1}{14} = \frac{1 \times 7}{14} = \frac{1}{2} = 0.5 \\ \\ \\ (2) \: \frac{2}{15} \\ here \: denominator \: is \: 15 = 3 \times 5 \\ so \: it \: should \: be \: multiplied \: by \: 3 \\ \frac{2}{15} = \frac{2 \times 3}{15} = \frac{2}{5} = 0.4 \\ \\ (3) \: \frac{23}{22} \\ 22 = 2 \times 11 \\ so \: it \: should \: be \: multiplied \: by \: 11 \\ \frac{25}{22} = \frac{25 \times 11}{22} \\ = \frac{25}{2} \\ = 12.5 \\ \\ (4) \: \frac{21}{18} \\ 18 = 2 \times 3 \times 3 = 2 \times 9 \\ so \: it \: should \: be \: multiplied \: by \: 9 \\ \frac{21}{18} = \frac{21 \times 9}{18} \\ \\ = \frac{21}{2} \\ = 10.5
