Since ED and QO are parallel, the triangles PED and PQO are similar.  Hence PQ/PE = PO/PD.

Since DF and OR are parallel, the triangles PFD and PRO are similar.  Hence PR/PF = PO/PD.

Putting the two equations together, we have

PQ/PE = PR/PF,

so the triangles PEF and PQR are similar (SAS).  It follows that EF and QR are parallel (for instance, the angles PEF and PQR are equal).
