10) Let the unit and tens digits be y and x.
So, Number will be 10x+y .
Now,
On reversing the digits,
New number = 10y+x.
As per the question ,
10x+y -(10y+x) = 9
10x+y-10y-x = 9
9x-9y = 9
x-y = 1. ......eq.1
And, it is given that
x+y = 9. ........eq.2
By solving both the equations,
x= 5 ; y = 4.
Thus, Original no. will be 54 .

11) Required whole numbers will be 19 and 91 as
1*9 = 9 and 1+9 = 10 .
