To find area of AFB

AG is height

FB is base

FB= 20 cm [as FBCE isan square]

Area of AFB = 1/2(base * height)

=1/2(20*10)

= 100 sqcm ........(1)

now ECD is equilateral

so area of ECD= 3/4* side ^2

= 3/4 (20)^2

= 100√3 ........(2)

now FBEC is a square

Area of FBCE = (Side)^2

=(20)^2

=400 .......(3)

now to find the area of enclosed figure

area of AFB+ area of ECD + area of square FBCE

= 100 + 100√3+ 400

= 500+100√3 sq cm
