Explanaton:

sum of length of both rod without error = 11.05+11.05 =22.1 cm

error in rod = 0.05

for two rods , we always calculate maximum error that means add all errors= 0.05+0.05 =0.1cm

so, length of rod= 22.1±0.1 cm
