First of all, I have some objections to the picture given alongside........
It is mentioned clearly in the question that PS is a TRANSVERSAL and thus should be a STRAIGHT LINE........
Then how can PQ BE BENT AS GIVEN IN FIGURE.......
Considering PQ Not to be bent, I am solving this question .........
We know that CS IS a straight line.
Thus angle CRQ and angle QRD form a linear Pair.
angle PQB = angle QRD= X+2' = 58'.
Thus angle PQB = 58'.
