Let Digit at unit's place be x
and ten's place be y

we are given, 10y + x = 4(x+y) + 6
                       10y + x = 4x + 4y + 6 
                        6y - 3x = 6
                        2y - x = 2 ............................................(1)

and, also given, 10x + y = 10y + x + 9
                         9x - 9y = 9
                        x - y = 1 ...................................................(2)

so, By adding Eqn (1) & (2)
           y =3 
and by putting y =3 in (2)

x = 2

son number = 10y + x = 10(3) + 2 = 32
