To find:-

  • The value of x.

Solution:-

  • 15:x:375

Let's for an equation for it!

  • 15x=375

  • =>x=375/15

  • =>x=25

Hence,the value of x I.e., the second term is 25.

Varifying:-

  • Insert 25 in place of x.

  • 15×25=375

  • 375=375

  • 0=0

hence, L.H.S.=R.H.S.
