Time = Distance/ Speed , =200/60 hours, =3+20/60 hours, =3 hours + (20/60 ×60) minutes (because 1 hour = 60 minutes) , =3 hours and 20 minutes is the answer

Given Data :

☢  Train has to travel a Distance of : 200 km

☢  Speed of the Train : 60 kmph

We need to find :

☢  Time taken by Train to travel 200 km with Speed of 60 kmph

Formula to be used :

\mathrm{\bigstar\;\;Time = \dfrac{Distance}{Speed}}

\mathrm{\implies Time = \dfrac{200}{60}\times \bigg(\dfrac{km}{km \times h^{-1}}\bigg)}

\mathrm{\implies Time = \dfrac{20}{6}\;(hours)}

\implies\mathrm{\dfrac{20}{6}\;can\;be\;written\;as\;\bigg[3 + \dfrac{2}{6}\bigg]}

\mathrm{\implies Time = \bigg[3 + \dfrac{2}{6}\bigg]\;(hours)}

\mathrm{\implies Time = \bigg[3 + \dfrac{1}{3}\bigg]\;(hours)}

\mathrm{\implies Time = 3\;(hours) + \bigg[\dfrac{1}{3}\bigg]\;(hours)}

☢  1 hour = 60 minutes

\mathrm{\implies Time = 3\;(hours) + \bigg[\dfrac{1}{3}\times60\;minutes\bigg]}

\mathrm{\implies Time = 3\;(hours) + 20\;(minutes)}
