The distance travelled by car = 35 2/5 km = 177/5 km The distance travelled by bus= 15 1/10 km= 151/10 km Total distance travelled= 177/5 + 151/10 = (354+151)/10. [Taking LCM] = 505/10 = 50.5 km It is given that the half of her journey is still there to complete It implies that the first half of the journey is completed The other half of the distance must be equal to the first half Therefore the distance that Juliet has to cover now = 50.5 km.
