 {( {2}^{ - 1} \times  {5}^{ - 1}  )}^{ - 1}  +  {4}^{ - 1}  \\  \\  =  {( \frac{1}{2}  \times  \frac{1}{5}) }^{ - 1}  +  \frac{1}{4}  \\  \\  =  {( \frac{1}{10} )}^{ - 1}  +   \frac{1}{4}  \\  \\  = 10 +  \frac{1}{4}  \\  \\ take \: lcm \:  \: 4 \\  \\  =  \frac{40 + 1}{4}  =  \frac{41}{4}
