any 2 digit number always has a tens place and a ones place and let them be x and y
then the 2 digit number is 10x+y
and when numbers are inverted it is 10y+x
given that sum of digits is 7 implies x+y is 7
and given 10x+y-10y-x=9 i.e x-y=1
solving x +y and x-y we get x is 4 and y is 3
so the number is 43
then the 2 digit number is 10x+y
and when numbers are inverted it is 10y+x
