By the reaction, we can understand,

2 cubic cm. of hydrogen requires 1 cubic cm. of oxygen for combustion.

So, 1 cubic cm. of hydrogen will require 1/2 cubic cm. of oxygen for combustion.

Thus, 200 cubic cm. of hydrogen will require 1/2*200= 100 cubic cm of oxygen.

Therefore, vol. of oxygen unreacted= (150-100) cubic cm.= 50 cubic cm.
