♦Let the Length of the Plot be 11x

♦Let the breadth of the Plot be 4x


=> We know that Perimeter of a Rectangle is ➖>> 2 ( L + B )


=> Perimeter of the Plot = 2 ( 11x + 4x )

=> 2 ( 15x).........................|1.|



↪As Given that It Costs Rs.100 per Meter , We have ->


=> 100 × 2 ( 15x)


=> 200 × 15x....................|2.|


◾➖◾Now, the total Cost given According to the Question is Rs.75,000


↪So, Putting Eq. |2.| Equal to the given Amount ,



=> 200 × 15x = 75000


=> 15x = 75000 / 200


=> 15x = 750/2



=> x = 25

◾➖◾Dimensions of the Plot are :-


⭐Length = 11 × 25 = 275 m ✔

⭐Breadth = 4 × 25 = 100 m ✔

The length and breadth of the plot are in ratio 11:4 .

Let ,

Length of regular plot = 11x metre

Breadth of regular plot = 4x metre

Space to be fenced by village Panchayat

= 2(Length of regular plot + Breadth of regular plot)

= 2(11x + 4x)

= 2(15x)

= 30x metre

Cost of fencing one metre = 100 rupees

Cost of fencing 30x metres

= 100 × 30x rupees

= 3000x rupees

Since it is given that cost of fencing = 75000 rupees

Therefore
3000x = 75000 \\ \\ x = \frac{75000}{3000} \\ \\ x = 25

Length of plot = 11x = 11 x 25 = 275 metres

Breath of plot = 4x = 4 × 25 = 100 metres
