Sum of angles constituting linear pair is equal to 180°

Solution:-

angle CBA = 90°

angle BAD = 180°-x. [linear pair]

angle ADC = 180°-110° = 70°. [linear pair]

angle BCD = 180°-60° = 120°. [linear pair]

Now, 90+180-x+70+120 = 360

or, x = 460-360 = 100°
