Total number of dress = n(S) = 6
Number of blue dresses = n(A) = 1
Probability of wearing a blue dress = P(A) = n(A)/n(S) = 1/6

ezeriva1: Thanks Gagandheep for your help.

Total number of dresses = 3 + 2 + 1 = 6
Number of blue dress = 1

So, probability = Number of blue dress/Total dresses
= 1/6
