= 4 ÷ 10 × 225

= 2× 1 / 5 × 225

= 2× 45 ( as 5 simplifies 225 into 45 )

= 90

and

20%of 460 = 20 ÷ 100 × 460

= 2 ÷5 ×460

= 2 × 1/5 ×460

= 2 × 92

= 184

hence 184 > 90

so , 20% of 460 will be > than 40%of 225
