Tangents drawn from an external point to a circle are equal in length.

So, BF=BD=6cm

CD=CE=8cm

AF=AE= x (let)

Clearly,

ar(ABC)=ar (AOC)+ar (BOC)+ar (AOB)

63cm^2=1/2× 8 × (x+3)+1/2×14×2+1/2 × (6+x)× 3

63= 24+3x /2 + 42 + 18+3x/2

63×2= 3x+3x+24+18

126= 6x+84

6x= 42

x= 7

So, AB=(x+6)=13cm

I think it may help u.
