hey mate...
clearly you can see that x^2 is given which is more than power 1 so it is polynomial....

2) x^2+4x^3/2÷√2 is not a polynomial because the powers of the polynomial shouldn't be in negative.
As the root is in fraction when it goes up to the numerator it's power will get negative.
