Given :- Parallel sides of Trapezium are 64ft and 24ft . Non parallel sides are 25ft each. Height of Trapezium is 15 ft .

To find :- What is the area of the tarp ?

Solution :-

we know that,

  • Area of Trapezium = (1/2) * (sum of parallel sides) * height .

So, Putting values we get,

→ Area of the Trap = (1/2) * (64 + 24) * 15

→ Area of the Trap = (1/2) * 88 * 15

→ Area of the Trap = 44 * 15

→ Area of the Trap = 660 ft².

Hence, Area of the Trap is 660 ft².
