Answer:

Angle is -53.80

\pi \div 12 = 15

3 \tan( - 15)  =  \tan( \beta  + 15)

3 \times ( - 2 +  \sqrt{3} ) =  \tan( \beta  + 15)

 - 6 + 3 \sqrt{3}  =  \tan( \beta  + 15)

take inverse tan on both sides.

Therefore,

 - 38.80 =  \beta  + 15

 \beta  =  - 53.80
