Given :

  • AC² = 13².
  • AB² = 15².

Find :

  • Find BC².

Using Pythagorean theorem :

★ H² = √(A)² + (B)².

Calculations :

→ BC² = √(13)² - (15)²

→ BC = 225 - 169

→ BC = √394

→ BC = 56

Therefore, 56 is the required answer.

Step-by-step explanation:

given that ;

ab ^2= 15^2 ; ac^2= 13^2

as it is right angle

ab^2- ac^2= bc^2

= 225- 169= bc^2

=bc^2= 56
