Energy conservation is the decision and practice of using less energy. Turning off the light when you leave the room, unplugging appliances when they're not in use and walking instead of driving are all examples of energy conservation.

Answer A: The slums in the cities are increasing

Power and energy resources to be made available in rural areas which will bring the migration rate down.

Poverty elimination schemes to be implemented effectively and making job opportunities available in the rural areas.

Answer B: Because of the increasing traffic jams within the city, lot of time is consumed in commuting.

Carpooling, use of public transport.

Demarcating the road sections for bicycles.

Prompt action against illegal hawkers.

Answer C: The urban areas require strict measure of law and order. There are people from diverse backgrounds who are part of the urban population. The law and order is needed to stop any form of clashes, inter group conflicts and other criminal activities.

Answer D: The problem of pollution is grave because of urbanisation because in cities there are lots of people making pollution such as throwing garbage here and there, using their own transport other than the pooling system. These are some of the points.

Due to migration there are so many kinds of problems people have to face from illness and their education may also be lost.

The second thing is that the schools have a limited number of seats available for admission which deprived many from education.

The hospitals which provide five star treatment are restricted for the poors. They also don’t have enough place for other people who are in need of treatment because of being heavily populated.
