Be positive always
go out and meet new people in your area and talk with them
do physical exercises and yoga
eat and sleep well
dont think much becoz life is too short , we shouldn't waste it
feel free and have smile on your face

Be always happy and don't take seriously what others talk about you. Must do physical exercise and meditation and talk to good friends. The main thing is BE POSITIVE ALWAYS...
