Refractive \:  index  \: of  \: N =  \frac{3 \times  {10}^{8} }{0.6 \times  {10}^{8} }

 =  \frac{3 \times 10}{6}  =  \frac{10}{2}  = 5

so, Refractive index of N is 5

hope it's helpful to you

Answer:

5

Explanation:

n=c/v

n = refractive index

c = speed of light

v = phase velocity of light

putting the value

c=3*10^8

v=0.6*10^8

=3/0.6

=30/6

=5
