The value of Time

I used to be someone who enjoyed life without paying much attention to how I spent my time. I always relied on myself to complete tasks only at the eleventh hour. But recently, I got very unwell and couldn't complete my assignments because though it was given months back and I had plenty of time to do it, I was meaning to complete them just before the deadline.

I could submit the project only after I had gotten well, which was way past the deadline. Giving it away that late resulted in a deduction of marks. This majorly affected my grades. Had I completed the task before, this wouldn't have happened.  

Thus I learnt the value of time.
