=1/2*at*t+ut

Thus, s=ut+1/2at^2

2. final velocity (v)= 0

initial velocity (u)=20m/s

distance =5cm= 0.05m

By the problem,

v^2-u^2=2as

0-400=0.1a

a=-400/0.1

=-4000m/s^2
