production of our brains feel good. When we do physical
exercises we concentrates on bodies movements and
forget the daily tension, resulting is more energy.
2. Sports: - sports too are physical activities that helps our
body release endorphins. Release of endorphins help
release tensions from our mind and body.
Yoga: - yoga is bringing together the mind, body and sprits.
Controlled breathing, meditation, physical asanas and
stitching relaxes us and provide relief from stress and increase
productivity.
Meditation: - meditation is sitting in a relaxed position and
clearing of all thoughts.
Taking break: - taking break from your regular routine is useful
technique of lowering stress especially, if the stress is being
caused by your work or routine. Small breaks you relax.
Natural walks:-natural walk have proven to control stress
levels and increase feel good hormones in the body.
Holiday and vacationing:- holiday and vacationing lower stress
levels and control cortisol in our body. It also releases feel
good hormones in our body making us feel relaxed and stress free.
