in the second case only one triangle can be formed. This is because if you exchange the angles of the triangle it will seem the same because only one triangle can be formed with fixed quantity of angles that are provided.


In the first case no triangle cam be formed because the sum of the angles of the triangle can not be greater than 180 degree. But the sum of the angles provided here is 181 degree. So no triangle can be formed.
