if you want to answer a question so first you need to tap on the questions you wanna answer..then tap on the answer option under that question and type your answer..then just click the blue posting option above your keyboard..

and if you wanna post a photo in form answer so just click on the (+) <= this like button n then tap on pin like symbol above your keyboard and choose the photo u want to post as answer...
