SOLUTION :

First we will find the value of 7x°. As we know that a straight angle add ups to 180°. So,

=> 100° + 7x = 180° [ sum of straight angle ]

=> 7x = 180° - 100°

=> 7x = 80°

=> x = 80°/ 7

=> x = 11.42

Now, value of 7x :

=> 7 × 11.42 [ value of x ]

=> 79.94

We also know that sum of a triangle adds up to 180°. So,

=> 3x + x + x = 180°

=> 5x = 180°

=> x = 180° / 5

=> x = 36°

VERIFICATION :

=> 3x + x + x = 180°

=> 3 × 36° + 36° + 36° = 180°

=> 108° + 72° = 180°

=> 180° = 180°
