According to Bodmas rule first we have to solve brackets and in that multiplication.

 \frac{34}{7}  \times  \frac{1}{2}  =  \frac{17}{7}

then we have to do division,

 \frac{17}{7}  \div  \frac{3}{2}  =  \:  \frac{17}{7}  \times  \frac{2}{3}  =  \frac{34}{21}

Now, subtraction but for that we have to take LCM,

( \frac{34}{21}  \times  \frac{2}{2} ) - ( \frac{1}{2}  \times  \frac{21}{21} ) \\  =  \frac{68}{42}  -  \frac{21}{42}  \\  =  \frac{47}{42}
