Given :-

● Consider a triangle ABC . Whose opposite angles are equal.

To Prove :-

● AB = AC

Construction:-

Draw a bisector of angle A such that it intersecting BC at D

Proof :-

Now, In ΔABC

In ΔBAD and ΔCAD

Angle B = Angle C. ( Given)

Angle BAD = Angle CAD

[By construction , D is the bisector of ΔA)

AD = AD ( Common)

By AAS congruence, ΔBAD and ΔCAD are congruent.

By CPCT

AB = AC

Hence, The side opposite to equal angles are equal in a triangle.
