Explanation:

whenever we do exercise the muscles need oxygen in order to carry out the tasks. hence in order to provide oxygen rig blood faster to the muscles and to oxygenate the used up blood the heart needs to work harder. this causes the heartbeat to increase whenever we do any physical exercise as there is an increase in the demand of the oxygenated blood.

measures to keep the heart healthy:

1) people having heart related problems should never do heavy exercise.

2) people should never over strain the heart by doing heavy workouts as it may cause weakening of the heart muscles.

3) never eat too much fatty foods(if you eat so, you should equally do that much exercise in order to balance it out) as the excess fats present in the fatty foods may start to deposit in the blood veins which eventually thicken can can cause the narrowing of the blood vessels making the heart to put extra effort to push the blood through these congested blood vessels.(that is why obese people suffer heart related problems).

hope this helps you and please mark it as the brainliest.

cheers :)
