Please tell how to draw tangents to a circle if we are not provided with the centre? Please give the steps of construction!!! And no spamming!!!!!!!

very simple any point of circle but this point is only out side of circle .
1 To draw a circle.
2 to make 90 degree angle.
3 and join it this line was tangent

Really funny! It is not according to the syllabus of class 10 and seriously a tangent can’t be drawn like this
