go that persons bio and tap on his /her Qns..... and there ubwill find their latest Qn with the option of answering.

Only 2 people can answer a question.

If already 2 people are figuring with one question you won't be able to answer

If no one is answering a question or only one person is answering a question there will be a option called answer below the question.
