Please tell in an easy way the difference between seasonal hunger and choronic hunger

Chronic hunger

● Result of diets which are continuously inadequate both in terms of quality as well as quantity.

● Caused due to low income in the inability to buy food.

● Occurs when a community is not able to fulfil their own basic needs.

● It goes on for long and may even lead to death.

Seasonal hunger

● Result of cycles of food growing and harvesting

● Caused due to seasonal nature of agricultural activities in rural areas and because of casual labour who gets work according to environmental seasons in urban areas.

● Occurs only in certain times of the year.

● It goes on year after year.
