 \frac{m {}^{5} }{m {}^{2} } . \frac{n {}^{3} }{n {}^{( - 4)} }

m {}^{5 - 2} .n {}^{3 - ( - 4)}

(According to law )

 \frac{a {}^{m} }{a {}^{n} }  = a {}^{m - n}

m {}^{3} . \: n {}^{7}
