please tell me about newtons laws of cooling with derivation

Newton's law of cooling. Newton's law of cooling states that the rate of heat loss of a body is directly proportional to the difference in the temperatures between the body and its surroundings provided the temperature difference is small and the nature of radiating surface remains same.

Newton's Law of Cooling states that the rate of change of the temperature of an object is proportional to the difference between its own temperature and  the temperature of its surroundings.

Thus if T is the temperature of an object at time t, we have:
