ABDOMEN AND PELVIS ULTRASOUND:
USG done using P.P.E Kit
Liver: Normal in size & echotexture. No focal mass lesions seen
Intra/extrahepatic biliary radicals normal.
Portal vein and CBD: Normal caliber.
Gallbladder: Nondistended and without stones. Wall thickness is normal.
Pancreas: Unremarkable to the extent visualized.
Spleen: Normal.
Right kidney: Measures 10.4 x 4.1 cm. No calculi, hydronephrosis, cysts or
masses.
Left kidney: Measures 10.4 x 4.8 cm. 4 mm calculus seen in inter pole. No
hydronephrosis, cysts or masses.
Both kidneys are normal in size, and echotexture with normal corticomedullary
differentiation.
Aorta and IVC: Normal. No pre or para aortic lymphadenopathy.
Urinary bladder: Unremarkable. No obvious intraluminal abnormalities or wall
thickening
Prostate: Normal in size and echotexture.
Free fluid: None.​
