1) Gratitude: The angular distance north or south from the equator of the point on the earth surface , measured on the meridian of the point.

2) Prime meridian: The prime meridian is the line of 0° longitude, the starting point for measuring distance both east and west around the Earth. The prime meridian is arbitrary, meaning it could be chosen to be anywhere.

3) Globe: A round object with the map of the world on it .

4) Equator : The  equator is an imaginary planetary line that is about 40,075 km (24,901 mi) long in circumference. The equator divides the planet into the Northern Hemisphere and Southern Hemisphere and is located at 0 degrees latitude, the halfway line between the North Pole and South Pole.
