Hello Mate!

 \sqrt{2} ( \sqrt{6} -  \sqrt{18}  ) =  \sqrt{12}  -  \sqrt{36}

 \sqrt{3} ( \sqrt{27}  -  \sqrt{6} ) =  \sqrt{81}  -  \sqrt{18}

3 \sqrt{2}

Now,

 \sqrt{12}  -  \sqrt{36}  +  \sqrt{81}  -  \sqrt{18}  + 3 \sqrt{2}  \\    \sqrt{12}  - 6 + 9 -  \sqrt{18}  + 3 \sqrt{2}  \\ 2 \sqrt{3}  + 3 - 3 \sqrt{2}  + 3 \sqrt{2}  \\ 2 \sqrt{3}  + 3

Hope it helpsâ˜ș!
